I'm completely confident that at some point, Putin will try to strike the Baltic states. I believe he has many plans drawn up regarding Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Of course, he is unlikely to go for Finland, given his past bad experience and the fact that the Finns are more prepared to defend their country.
The Baltic states are undoubtedly a risk zone, but direct aggression will most likely occur only after one version or another of the war against Ukraine has played out. Whether Putin will be in a position to attack anyone after this war — or whether he’ll even still be around — is a rhetorical question, because I don’t have an answer to it.
If Putin does attack the Baltic states, it will be after the war against Ukraine is over.
If Putin is not stopped in Ukraine, he will undoubtedly go further... This will only stimulate his appetite, and Putin will advance further into Poland and the Baltic states.
I state, with full responsibility, that no later than September of this year, nuclear strikes will be launched from Belarus against Lithuania and Poland if the West does not take preventive actions in this regard.
You can write this down; I take responsibility for it. For the year 2024. Two more years like this, and then everything will warm up — and there will be good neighborly relations with Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. This is the current period, this is the situation. Everything will ease up.
