So, the only option for this political bureau of Bortnikov, Bastrykin, Putin, and Kovalchuk is to somehow hold on to power and keep this aging regime of 70- and soon-to-be 80-year-olds together. It’s clear that all these pseudo-sciences won’t help them much. And, from a purely mathematical perspective, it’s obvious that within 5-10 years, this regime will inevitably come to an end

This expansion will cover issues like systematic torture, imprisoning innocent individuals and coercing confessions, as well as prosecuting POWs. According to the Geneva Convention, POWs should not face criminal prosecution, as they are entitled to exchange and return home
