At some point, the war... will apparently turn into a protracted conflict... I don't think there is a possibility of a peace agreement; it is unlikely that Ukraine will agree to the loss of territories, and it is unlikely that Russia will agree to transfer Ukrainian lands to Ukraine

Until Vladimir Putin returns all occupied territories and pays reparations... there will be no peace agreement (Peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine)

Russia will have to pay reparations for all of this later (For the destruction caused to Ukraine)
