I don't think they will recognize Pugacheva as a foreign agent—this would be too big of a mistake. No matter how hard anyone tries, she is a significant and prominent figure. And Alla Borisovna hasn't made any radical posts or political statements. It's not that all the others deserve it, but still, there were at least some political statements and remarks from them.
